Studio Apartment

No animal, bird, reptile, or pet of whatsoever kind shall be kept in the premises or in the apartment community unless Landlord has consented to same and the parties have executed a separate written pet agreement, which is an addendum to this Lease, regarding such pet, except for required services of a trained and certified seeing eye or hearing ear animal, as required by law. Resident is solely liable and responsible for all damages, injuries, and losses which are caused by Resident's pets; and Landlord assumes no liability for any such damages, injuries, or losses; and Resident agrees to indemnify Landlord for any damages, injuries, or losses which are caused by Resident's pets.
